Kitchen Tools

Bella Immersion Blender w/ Whisk Attachment- I use this EVERY day; sometimes twice! Perfect for protein shakes, making dressings, and my favorite Thai pea-not sauce! Plus the blender stick comes off sooo easily and is dishwasher safe.

Cuisine Art Food Processor- This machine is easy to assemble & clean, and makes creamy mashed sweet potatoes in a flash. I also make chickpea "meat" and have made my own almond butter before, and cauliflower rice! Love it.

Pyrex Glass Storage Containers- I try to reduce waste as much as possible, so I use these guys to store all of my food, rather than use ziploc bags. They're also great for packing lunches and I don't have to worry about chemicals in my food because they are glass; not plastic or styrofoam!

Garden of Life Protein (Unflavored)- Hands down my FAVORITE protein powder... and I've tried many! I like the unflavored one because it doesn't have stevia, and I can make it whatever flavor I want with fruits, veggies, and spices!

Ashwaghanda Powder- Oh my goodness... Where to even begin with this amazing supp! Ashwaghanda is an adaptogen which means that with consistent consumption, it help the body adapt to daily stressors improving mood disorders like anxiety, while also giving a boost of energy. It is great for cognitive function and focus. I use it in my protein shakes, mix it in oatmeal, coffee, or golden mylk! I actually got my bag at Marshall's for $5! I definitely recommend checking out Marshall's and Ross for deals on organic supps for the best price.

Maca Powder- A fantastic root to add to protein shakes & oatmeal, maca is known for enhancing sex drive & fertility. Maca root is a good source of carbs and protein, is low in fat and contains a fair amount of fiber. It's also high in some essential vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, copper and iron. Like ashwaghanda, maca has also been associated with improved mood. Studies also link maca to improved memory. I actually found my bag of this brand at the Grocery Outlet for $10. Another great place to look for deals on organic food!

Cacao Powder- raw, organic 100% cacao has sooo many amazing benefits. From being a natural aphrodesiac, to being an excellent source of magnesium & iron, to giving that rich & chocolatey flavor to protein shakes & desserts! This is the brand I use, though I found my bag at Costco!

Bath & Body Products*

hello Charcoal Activated,  Flouride-free Toothpaste- I started using this recently, and love it! #1 it's fun to see your teeth all black from the paste. #2 it's totally natural, #3 the company is totally eco-friendly! #4 you can even find it at Walmart. Perfect for maintaining healthy teeth & gums during pregnancy, without ingesting artificial ingredients & chemicals.

The Natural Dentist Mouthwash- Another great product for naturally healthy gums during pregnancy & beyond! I developed swollen & irritated gums during my pregnancy (pregnancy gingivitis), and occasionally have a flare up. This mouthwash helped tremendously after just a few uses! I continue to use it to keep my gums healthy without worry of ingesting artificial ingredients or harsh chemicals. Also can be found at Walmart!

Glow Body & Soul Facial & Body Lotion- Oh. My. Gosh. Founder Michelle Davenport is a bath & body genius. I stumbled upon her products while searching Etsy one day and have never looked back. Totally natural, beautifully presented products. The unscented facial lotion is what I use as my moisturizer. Just a dab of this Shea butter base concoction leaves my skin sooo soft and glowy- again without putting a ton of harsh chemicals and preservatives on my most absorbent organ (the skin!). It feels light, and is great for healing dry skin too! I use it on my hands in winter time, and I used it to heal my daughter's eczema as a baby. One tub is about $6 and lasts me nearly a year! Just a dab'll do :) Be sure to check out her deliciously scented body butters & bath bombs too! My fave scent is Pink Sugar Kisses. I'm not an affiliate of this brand, I just seriously love her products.
