Today I wanted to share an easy, quick recipe that I’ve been loving for breakfast or lunch when I’m short on time.
Smoothie bowls are the way to my 💚. They are quick and a great way to get a big dose of vitamins and minerals. And it’s easy to make them look pretty with colorful toppings (omega 3’s and manganese in disguise 😎)
Today’s bowl is:
▪️8 oz unsweetened cashew milk
▪️1 small banana
▪️1 heaping handful spinach
▪️1 scoop unflavored veggie protein powder (@gardenoflife)
▪️1 small avocado
▪️1 tsp maca powder
▪️1/2 tsp ashwaghanda powder
