Online fitness made simple for busy moms & moms-to-be
I remember what it was like...
...trying to stay active during my pregnancy and early postpartum recovery. I remember feeling fatigued often, and the conflicting information about exercise left me feeling unsure about what I could safely do.
As an expecting and/or new mom, the added stress of gym fees, child care, packing the diaper bag, travel time, and personal trainer fees can be so overwhelming, that by the time you get to the gym you're already exhausted and missing your pj's.
Studies have actually shown that home-based exercise programs postpartum are just as effective as group fitness classes in the gym (Drista, 2008). And, as a twice-certified pre & postnatal exercise specialist, you can be sure that the training you receive is relevant, effective, and restorative. You will build strength, improve/heal dysfunctions like incontinence & diastasis recti, improve endurance, increase balance & flexibilty... & do all of this with movements that you will take with you into your daily life as a busy mama.

"Super impressed with all you've done putting this together- it's very well done. I have done quite a few home workouts/more traditional gym workouts, but despite that I can say I've never done 2 of the arm workouts! You also do a great job of really outlining WHY posture is important- that is something you don't see with most video based programs."
"You taught me how to (properly) do squats!! Without you, none of my fitness programs would have been possible. You were so patient with me! Thank you Thank you!!"
"Your method of exercise is really good. Usually you think, 30 minute workout, ok we have to do jumping jacks, or something really high intensity, but we do these movements that work a bunch of different muscles and I'm feeling it!"
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this program help me lose weight? No. This program is designed for women who are pregnant & early postpartum (though it's great for any exercise beginners as well!) so the focus is not on body composition and instead focuses on healing, strengthening, & preparing the body for birth, recovery, and life with kids! You may notice changes in your body composition due to regular exercise, nutrition, and mindset support.
Will this help with Diastasis Recti? This program will not exacerbate diastasis, and will help improve fascial tension. If you are looking for something more pelvic floor and core focused, my program Core Foundations would be perfect!
How soon postpartum can I start this program? As long as you have clearance from your doc or midwife, you can begin this program at 6 weeks postpartum after a vaginal birth with no complications, or 10-12 weeks after a C-section that is healing well.
I had kids a long time ago. Will this program still work for me? Yes! Once postpartum, ALWAYS postpartum. It is never too late to restore your body & get stronger!
Do I need any equipment? Yes. I recommend a set of light dumbbells (2-4 lbs) and a set of heavier dumbbells (5-10 lbs). We also will use mini bands & a 20 lb resistance band. You can find them used in good condition on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist, or get them new at Target, Walmart, or your local sporting goods store. Stores like Marshall's usually have a decent selection as well!
Always consult with your trusted health care provider before beginning any new exercise routine.
