As a busy mom myself, I strive to make being healthy & fit as simple and to the point as possible! I believe fitness shouldn't be stressful, and is most successful when approached from love & respect for oneself vs. trying to fit into society's image of healthy & fit. It's also my passion to educate women about pregnancy, postpartum, & beyond so that they feel empowered to design a healthy lifestyle that feels right for them!

Hi! I am a personal trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also certified by Knocked-Up Fitness© as a pre- and postnatal exercise specialist and JMG Fitness as a postnatal fitness specialist.

 

My natal studies covered a wide range of women's health topics including strength training, cardiovascular training, diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, sexual health, body image, nutrition, mental health, and more. I also have completed some studies of psychology from Fort Hays State University.
